Job Description

Job Summary
Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to support key initiatives for one of our large nuclear clients. This individual will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing schedules, supporting contract administration, tracking action items, and facilitating communication across stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, excels at driving accountability, and can successfully manage multiple priorities in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action item tracking for multiple initiatives.
• Coordinate activities across internal stakeholders, vendors, contractors, and project teams.
• Support contract management activities and track vendor deliverables and commitments.
• Facilitate project meetings, document key decisions, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
• Monitor project status, risks, and issues, providing regular updates to leadership.
• Support change management efforts related to the Cyber Transition project.
• Partner with project leads, including the IT Project Manager, to manage dependencies and maintain alignment across workstreams.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to project management standards and processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Project Management or Project Coordination experience.
• Experience managing project schedules, stakeholder communications, and project documentation.
• Experience with contract administration or vendor management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and meeting facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects forward in a cross-functional environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience supporting organizational change management initiatives.
• Experience in utilities, energy, nuclear, or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity, IT transformation, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with NEI 08-09 or NEI 13-10 nuclear programs
• PMP, CAPM, or other project management certification.
