Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Solution Delivery Manager (SDM) / Senior IT Project Manager to support a large construction company on an enterprise-wide HR systems transformation program. This will be an initial 6-month contract with a high likelihood of extension, based 5 days a week onsite in Edmonton, Alberta.

The SDM will lead 3-4 workstreams within a highly complex program, owning scoping, planning, stakeholder alignment, and execution. This role sits within a broader portfolio (~23 initiatives) focused on HRIS and LMS integration, AI enablement, recruiting transformation, and enterprise reporting modernization. The ideal candidate is a strong delivery leader who can manage cross-functional dependencies and operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10–15+ years of experience in project or program management, leading complex enterprise initiatives
• 5+ years of experience working with HR systems or HR technology environments
• Proven experience delivering multi-stream, cross-functional projects with high levels of complexity and interdependencies
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align teams across business and technical functions
• Demonstrated experience in project planning, execution, and driving accountability across teams
• Experience working within large-scale transformation or system implementation programs
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure to complex initiatives

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or LMS platforms such as Cornerstone
• Exposure to system integrations, including HRIS, LMS, and enterprise reporting platforms
• Experience supporting enterprise reporting or data transformation initiatives (e.g., Microsoft Fabric)
• Exposure to AI-enabled initiatives or digital transformation programs
• Experience supporting transformation initiatives within construction, industrial, or large enterprise environments
