Job Description

The Data work package leadplays a critical role in the end to end steering of data initiatives across multiple programs and domains.
The role ensures strong alignment between business priorities, data platforms, and delivery, while securing execution, integration coherence, risk control, and value delivery in an international and complex environment.
This position operates at the intersection of Data Office, and Business, with accountability spanning portfolio management, program coordination and project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience
• Proven experience in program delivery and/or portfolio management (5-10+ years)
• Experience working in a multi stakeholder, international environment
• Strong exposure to Data Office, enterprise data platforms, or large scale integrations projects
Technical & Professional Skills
• Data portfolio and program management (roadmaps, KPIs, dependencies)
• Strong project management discipline and delivery governance (ideally PMI or other PM certifcation)
• Solid understanding of data integration, ERP, data platforms, APIs, and analytics ecosystems
• Budget tracking, financial steering, and risk management
• Executive level reporting and decision support
