Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Data Warehouse Engineer to support a mission-critical enterprise data warehouse transition initiative. This individual will provide independent quality assurance and governance by evaluating ETL processes, data integrations, operational procedures, and overall transition readiness. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Teradata environments and enterprise-scale data warehouses, along with the ability to analyze complex data flows, identify risks, and provide actionable recommendations. This role is perfect for a seasoned data engineer who enjoys assessing environments, improving processes, and influencing strategic decisions rather than performing day-to-day development work.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years developing and supporting enterprise ETL solutions
Strong Teradata SQL expertise
Deep understanding of enterprise data warehousing
ETL process design and support experience
Data validation and reconciliation experience
Production data warehouse support experience
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Ability to assess operational and transition risks

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Healthcare or health data experience
Experience with Collibra
Experience with Databricks
Experience supporting large-scale vendor transitions
Public sector data warehouse experience
