Our OEM client is seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer as they are investing in a next-generation digital platform that brings together data, analytics, and operational insights into a unified experience for a mission critical program. This team is leading a high-visibility modernization effort focused on application development, data integration, advanced analytics, and AI-driven capabilities to improve operational effectiveness and decision-making.
This initiative centers around developing applications that consolidate data from multiple sources into a unified user experience. Team members will contribute to application development, data integration, analytics, reporting, and user-facing enhancements that improve efficiency and support informed decision-making across the organization. This is an opportunity to join a growing team building scalable solutions from the ground up, working alongside experienced technical leaders, and contributing to products that support complex, large-scale operations. The UX/UI Designer will create intuitive user experiences and visual designs for operational users, technical teams, and program leadership leveraging Connected Products solutions.
Responsibilities
Create wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs.
Conduct user-centered design sessions and requirements gathering.
Develop modern interfaces that simplify complex operational workflows.
Partner with developers to ensure high-quality implementation.
Enhance usability and user adoption.
Pay ranges from 50-70/hr based on qualifications and years of experience

Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of UX/UI design experience.
Expertise with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
Experience designing enterprise applications.
Strong portfolio demonstrating dashboard and workflow design.
Experience working with Agile teams.
