Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Training Lead to support one of the world's leading agriculture companies on an initial 12-month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension. Based in Calgary, AB, this individual will play a key role in designing, delivering, and scaling the training strategy for the client's Digital Supply Chain (DSC) Program.
The Training Lead will be responsible for driving user readiness, knowledge transfer, and adoption across multiple regions in both Canada and the United States. Working closely with Functional Leads and the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead, this person will translate program objectives into practical, engaging, and field-ready learning experiences that promote consistency, clarity, and measurable adoption outcomes.
This is a highly visible role that requires significant travel throughout the U.S. to conduct in-person training sessions and support end-user adoption. When not traveling, the position follows a hybrid schedule based out of the Calgary corporate office, with in-office attendance required Tuesday through Thursday.

Required Skills & Experience
Must Have Requirements:
• 5-7+ years in Training, Learning & Development, or Enablement leadership roles
• Proven experience supporting large-scale system or transformation programs
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Expertise in UAT processes and release coordination
• Experience building scalable training frameworks, templates, and programs
• Demonstrated ability to drive adoption (not “training delivered”, without “adoption achieved" mentality)
• Experience using video / recording platforms (MS Clipchamp, MS Stream, MS Teams, Zoom, Adobe Pro, Loom, Vimeo, YouTube)
• Able to travel to deliver in-person training in Canada and United States of America
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Preferred:
• Experience in supply chain, agriculture, or operational environments
Familiarity with various learning styles, accessibility, and needs
