Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Patient Service Representative (PSR) to support a mission-driven healthcare organization that serves individuals and families affected by bleeding disorders. This individual will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing excellent customer service while supporting a multidisciplinary care team.
The PSR will be responsible for front desk operations, patient scheduling, check-in/check-out processes, phone support, data entry, and coordinating patient care needs. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently while maintaining patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Required Skills & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare clinic setting
At least 1 year of hands-on EPIC scheduling experience
Experience working in a front desk, reception, or patient-facing administrative role
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of standard office procedures and administrative practices
Proficiency with computers and data entry
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality requirements
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
EPIC reporting experience
Experience coordinating patient transportation or interpreter services
Previous experience supporting specialty healthcare clinics
Experience assisting with patient events, community outreach, or educational programs
Familiarity with healthcare scheduling workflows and care coordination processes
Experience supporting multidisciplinary medical teams
