Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Financial Analyst (Manufacturing) who will be responsible for supporting plant operations across multiple sites within a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on partnering with plant leadership to analyze manufacturing costs, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide financial insights that drive operational decision-making. The Financial Analyst will work heavily within ERP systems (JDE preferred) to evaluate inventory, validate Bills of Material (BOM), and assess raw material usage, while owning key areas of the balance sheet and ensuring accurate cost reporting.

Required Skills & Experience
· 3-5+ years’ experience – Need manufacturing experience
· Requirement to travel across border - 10% - Need to ensure candidates have necessary Visa’s if they are not citizens (only applies to Canadian candidates)
· Salary: 80-90k; ability to go as high as 110 for the right talent
· Fully Onsite
· Experience with ERP systems – JDE preferred but also comfortable with Dynamics or SAP – Avoid Quickbooks or Sage only experience
· Candidates should have understanding of standard costing absorption and overhead sped
· Working knowledge of cost accounting, management accounting, and budgeting concepts, including financial and project accounting
· This role does not entail any AR/AP work or working with payroll
· Need experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling
· Intermediate Excel skills
· Experience with validating Bills of Material (BOM) and analyzing raw material usage data
· Focus on balance sheet ownership, inventory and the manufacturing costs
