Job Description
Acts as the team’s rapid-response builder - partners with Business Systems Analysts (BSA) to quickly turn ideas into working solutions, prototypes, or lightweight builds that solve real problems without heavy process overhead
Designs and implements integration patterns across applications - builds and evolves APIs, adapters, and event-driven workflows that enable reliable, scalable system connectivity
Owns the development of AI-enabled solutions and integrations. Create and integrates AI agents, Copilot Studio solutions, and automations that reduce manual effort and improve operational outcomes

Required Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience building and developing SSIS adapters/integrations or strong experience designing, building, and consuming REST APIs.
Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO)
Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC), provisioning, and environment management.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Can translate business ideas into solutions
Significant AI experience
Oil and gas experience
