Job Description
The Architectural Marketing Specialist supports the creation and delivery of interactive floor plans for residential projects. This role focuses on reviewing marketing floor plans, coordinating with external vendors, and ensuring final deliverables meet quality and accuracy standards before being published for customer and sales team use.
Key Responsibilities
• Review architectural marketing floor plans (primarily single-family) using AutoCAD
• Identify and document plan updates or revisions, and clearly communicate changes to external vendors
• Prepare and submit project documentation (e.g., marked-up plans, change summaries) to support production of interactive floor plans
• Manage and coordinate production of architectural marketing assets (floor plans, interactive tools, brochures, and virtual tours) through third-party vendors
• Manage a pipeline of 30–50 active projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
• Review completed interactive floor plans to confirm accuracy, functionality, and alignment with requested updates
• Approve and publish finalized tools for internal sales teams and customer use
• Track project status and proactively move projects through each stage of completion
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and executed

Required Skills & Experience
• Associates degree
• 1+ years of coordination experience within architectural, residential, design or marketing field
• Must be able to multitask, work independently, and have attention to detail
• Experience within Microsoft Suite
• Must be able to multi task, pay attention to detail and have a sense of urgency
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Residential building single family experience
• Experience working with Construction Documents
• AutoCAD experience
