Job Description

Position Overview
Insight Global is seeking a Content Lead to support one of our retail clients' Digital Marketing Experiences (DMX) organization. This role will lead end-to-end digital content production for high-visibility campaigns, categories, and business initiatives while serving as a strategic partner to Marketing, Creative, Production, and Publishing teams.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned Digital Producer with exceptional organizational skills, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and a passion for building efficient, effective content production processes.
Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end digital content production across multiple campaigns, business priorities, or category portfolios.
• Partner with Digital Marketing stakeholders during campaign intake to develop content execution strategies, timelines, and delivery plans.
• Serve as the primary cross-functional and agency point of contact across Marketing, Creative, Production, and Publishing teams.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for digital content production workflows, campaign intake processes, and execution planning.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders to ensure campaign objectives, requirements, and deliverables are clearly defined and executed.
• Develop, manage, and oversee workback schedules, timelines, dependencies, production milestones, and resource planning activities.
• Develop upstream content production plans and ensure campaigns are appropriately resourced to support successful downstream execution.
• Leverage Airtable and related workflow tools to drive campaign visibility, resource planning, and delivery management.
• Partner early with Creative and Marketing stakeholders to ensure campaign resource needs, dependencies, and timelines are established well in advance of execution.
• Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and resolve production challenges to keep campaigns on track.
• Provide strategic guidance and rapid issue resolution to ensure uninterrupted delivery across multiple campaigns and business priorities.
• Establish and optimize scalable content production workflows that support efficient, high-quality execution.
• Guide and mentor Content Coordinators while creating consistency across campaign planning and execution.
• Provide strategic recommendations around process improvements, resource planning, workflow optimization, and team effectiveness.
• Champion operational excellence and ensure campaign deliverables meet business objectives, quality expectations, and timeline commitments.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in digital production, content production, integrated production, project management, marketing operations, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience leading complex digital campaigns and cross-functional initiatives from intake through execution.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, content development processes, creative production workflows, and content delivery models.
• Experience developing resource plans, workback schedules, and execution frameworks for complex digital marketing initiatives.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple stakeholders and influencing decision-making within highly matrixed organizations.
• Demonstrated success leading content or digital production teams in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly within evolving business environments.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and risk-management capabilities.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Preferred Skills & Experience
• Experience with Airtable, Figma, Slack, or similar workflow management tools.
• Large enterprise, Retail, eCommerce, or Nike experience is strongly preferred.
