Job Description
We are seeking a developer to play a key role in building and enhancing a complex application. This position involves hands-on development on the backend, solving complex technical challenges, and collaborating closely with the team to deliver high-quality solutions. You’ll work in a paired programming environment, contribute to feature development, and ensure seamless integration between backend and frontend systems. This is a fully remote role, preferably in CST/EST time zone.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in a similar backend development role
Expertise in Python/Django for backend development
Skilled in writing queries in Postgres SQL
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
API development
Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with React and Node.js for frontend development
