Job Description
We are seeking two experienced Full Stack Engineers to support the expansion of a Claims Assist Manager platform, focused on building scalable features and enhancing core UI capabilities. This initiative currently supports a Medicare line of business and is being expanded to include Medicaid and Commercial, with a goal of reaching MVP within the year. The role will involve significant front-end foundational work while also contributing to backend services and API development to enable scalability across multiple business lines. Engineers will work within a modern cloud-based environment leveraging AI-assisted development tools and will play a key role in building out new capabilities that support data processing and documentation workflows. Candidates should be strong problem-solvers, effective communicators, and comfortable articulating technical concepts during collaborative development and interview discussions.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of Full Stack Development experience
Strong React experience (UI development and scalable front-end architecture)
Backend development with Python and/or Java (Spring Boot)
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
Hands-on experience with FastAPI
Cloud experience (GCP is highly preferred)
Version control and CI/CD experience using GitHub Actions (no Jenkins)
Strong problem-solving, communication, and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Comfortable with hands-on coding assessments
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude)
Exposure to AI-driven platforms or tools supporting data/documentation processing
