Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Warehouse Associate to support picking, material handling, and production operations for a manufacturing facility in Sparrows Point, MD. This individual will be responsible for pulling and accurately picking materials and components based on work orders to support assembly and production lines. Day-to-day responsibilities include staging picked orders for manufacturing teams, operating forklifts, turret trucks, and order pickers throughout the warehouse, and maintaining inventory organization and accuracy. The ideal candidate will work closely with warehouse and production personnel to communicate material needs, support production timelines, and ensure parts are delivered quickly and efficiently. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with receiving and general warehouse duties as needed in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Compensation:
$20/hr to $22/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of warehouse, picking, receiving, or material handling experience
Experience driving a forklift or tow motor
Punctual, dependable, and safety-focused
Strong communication skills and ability to work within a tight-knit team
Ability to operate or ability to learn to operate turret trucks and order pickers
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when picking orders
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience operating turret trucks and order pickers
Experience supporting manufacturing or assembly operations
SAP, RF scanner, or warehouse inventory system experience
Prior experience in a highly team-oriented warehouse environment
