Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking a Cluster Rollout Lead to support a large-scale global SAP S/4HANA transformation program. This individual will be responsible for driving the successful rollout of a global template across multiple countries and entities within an assigned cluster. This is a highly visible role within a complex international program environment requiring strong coordination across IT, business stakeholders, local entities, and third-party partners.
The Cluster Rollout Lead will own end-to-end rollout planning and execution, ensuring all milestones, dependencies, and deliverables are aligned with the broader program roadmap. This includes readiness across workstreams such as data migration, testing, cutover, and hypercare. The individual will also maintain transparency across resources, capacity planning, and financial tracking, working closely with cluster leadership to manage budgets and forecast variances.
A key aspect of this role is managing localization requirements, ensuring local legal, regulatory, and business needs are incorporated while maintaining alignment with the global template. The candidate will be responsible for tracking progress through structured reporting, maintaining RAID logs, and delivering clear, decision-oriented updates to leadership and steering committees.
This role requires strong risk management capabilities, including identifying potential issues early, driving mitigation plans, and escalating critical risks when necessary. Additionally, the Cluster Rollout Lead will play a critical role in stakeholder engagement—building relationships, facilitating alignment meetings, and ensuring clear communication across all levels of the organization.
The ideal candidate is highly structured, execution-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global environment. They will bring strong leadership, accountability, and problem-solving skills to drive successful rollout outcomes while maintaining transparency and governance discipline.
