Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking to hire a Senior Payment Integrity Analyst. This individual serves as the analytical backbone of the team—evaluating claims, partnering with subrogation vendors, and supporting decision‑making on complex cases. The role blends legal awareness, vendor management, and financial/claims analysis to ensure the company recovers costs appropriately and maintains strong program performance.
Key Responsibilities
Support decision‑making on subrogation‑eligible claims, determining next steps and recovery strategies.
Review and analyze case details, including unusual or complex scenarios (e.g., stolen vehicle cases, liability questions, uninsured parties).
Manage and evaluate subrogation vendor performance (current vendor: Catch; previous vendor: Optum).
Hold vendors accountable to contractual obligations, KPIs, SLAs, and inventory management expectations.
Review monthly activity reports, assess inventory levels, and identify trends or operational gaps.
Forecast future subrogation opportunities and financial impact for upcoming plan years.
Analyze pending claims to determine how many fall into subrogation categories out of the broader claims population.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide insights that support payment integrity strategy

Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of experience working with subrogation vendors (any industry; health insurance experience not required).
Experience in vendor management, program management, or holding vendors accountable to KPIs and contractual terms.
Familiarity with subrogation concepts and processes (legal background is a plus but not required).
Ability to analyze claims, financial data, and case documentation to support recovery decisions.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Finance, Economics, Business, Legal Studies, etc.).
Claims experience within insurance or healthcare.
