Job Description
Insight Global is searching for an Insider Threat Detection Engineer for one of their large investment banking customers. This person will join the Cyber Defense & Intelligence team responsible for conducting insider threat investigation from end to end, managing and responding to incident queues, supporting detection engineering and automation initiatives, partnering with compliance, legal, and HR teams during investigations. This Engineer will also assist with backlog projects and ongoing platform enhancements. This position is Monday-Friday, 2:00PM-10:00PM CT for global coverage support.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience working as an Insider Threat Detection Engineer
Experience using PySpark, BigQuery, Kafka, SQL, KQL, and Trino
Experience writing detections and querying large datasets
Knowledge of insider threat methodologies and cyber threats
Experience with DPRK-related activity or similar advanced threat investigations
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Banking or financial services experience
Insider threat program experience
End-to-end employee investigation experience
