Job Description

This individual will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, supporting the daily flow of documentation, transactions, and service-related inquiries in a high-volume environment. The right candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure records are accurately maintained, customer needs are addressed promptly, and sales-adjacent processes run efficiently. With an average of approximately 138–145 inbound calls per day across the team, strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude are absolutely essential. A commitment to workplace safety, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a constantly changing, fast-moving setting are non-negotiable for success in this role.

Required Skills & Experience

• Direct, face-to-face customer service experience in a service-oriented environment
• Strong computer proficiency with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new internal platforms and systems
• Accurate and efficient data entry and keyboarding skills
• Demonstrated track record of consistently delivering high-quality customer service
• Ability to remain composed, professional, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Collaborative team player who is adaptable and willing to step in wherever needed
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously — strong multitasking and stress management skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience handling payments or processing financial transactions
• Familiarity with document management, digital filing systems, or records organization
• Exposure to cross-functional collaboration across multiple departments or teams
• Background in a service-driven, sales-adjacent, or operations-focused work environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
