Job Description
Serve as an early-stage AI security reviewer for new AI initiatives entering the organization
Review AI use cases, architecture diagrams, integrations, and data flows to identify security risks
Develop and execute AI security testing methodologies and validation procedures
Perform adversarial testing against AI models, copilots, assistants, and agentic AI workflows
Conduct prompt injection, jailbreak, policy bypass, and sensitive data exposure testing
Evaluate AI guardrails and recommend improvements to security controls
Assess risks associated with AI inputs, outputs, retrieved context, embeddings, and generated responses
Partner with engineering, platform, architecture, governance, and privacy teams to secure AI deployments
Define AI security requirements and control expectations for enterprise AI solutions
Translate traditional DLP and data protection policies into AI-specific control frameworks
Implement and recommend safeguards to prevent sensitive data leakage through AI systems
Assess AI data retention, minimization, and privacy risks
Support DSPM initiatives and improve visibility into sensitive data exposure through AI capabilities
Establish monitoring strategies for AI abuse patterns, anomalous activity, suspicious prompts, and data exfiltration indicators
Document risk assessments, security recommendations, mitigation plans, and executive-facing reports
Support governance activities aligned to AI risk management and lifecycle frameworks
Collaborate closely with Mike DeZenzo's team, Chad Mauer's engineering organization, and broader AI security stakeholders to protect emerging AI platforms and enterprise AI initiatives

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in Cyber Security, Information Security, Security Architecture, or related security disciplines
Experience testing AI guardrails and AI system security controls
Strong adversarial testing experience including prompt injection, jailbreak testing, policy bypass attempts, and AI misuse scenarios
Experience performing AI risk assessments and documenting findings, mitigations, and recommendations
Strong understanding of enterprise AI architectures, data flows, model integrations, and agentic workflows
Experience securing AI platforms such as Azure Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and/or Anthropic Claude ecosystem
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive-facing documentation skills
CISSP or equivalent Cyber Security certification
Understanding of AI/ML systems, architectures, governance, and operational patterns
Experience reviewing AI use cases and translating business requirements into security controls
Knowledge of AI-specific threats including prompt injection, data poisoning, inference attacks, model abuse, and data leakage risks
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) – highly preferred and a major differentiator
Microsoft Copilot security experience
Microsoft Foundry / Azure AI Studio experience
Microsoft Purview experience
Financial Services or Banking industry experience
AI agent development, architecture review, or testing experience
Experience with Anthropic / Claude implementations
Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 for LLMs
2+ years researching AI/ML security threats and attack vectors
Experience supporting AI Governance, Risk, and Compliance programs
Experience with Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) initiatives
Strong Python, PowerShell, or scripting experience
Experience defining AI-focused DLP controls and data protection standards
Experience assessing AI retention, privacy, and governance requirements
