Job Description
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
• Support software upgrades and patching efforts
• Monitor application and system performance
• Review logs and proactively identify issues
• Support backup and restoration testing
• Configure and maintain monitoring tools
• Create scripts to automate patching and deployments
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams
• Assist with failover testing and maintenance activities
• Participate in after-hours/on-call support rotations
• Help maintain reliability of real-time grid operations systems

Required Skills & Experience
• IT/OT Systems Administration or Application Support experience
• Experience supporting enterprise applications
• Troubleshooting and incident resolution skills
• Understanding of networking, servers, databases, and system monitoring
• Experience reviewing logs and diagnosing application issues
• Willingness to participate in on-call support
• Education:
o Bachelor's degree in related field OR
o Associate's degree + 2 years experience OR
o HS Diploma/GED + 4 years experience
