Job Description

We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Client Director to join a growing consulting organization focused on Microsoft solutions, digital transformation, and managed services.
This is a hybrid business development role that combines:

New business development
Relationship management (1–2 existing clients)
Strategic ecosystem partnership building (Microsoft-focused). This individual will play a key role in expanding the firm’s footprint across the GTA and key North American markets. This is a hybrid role with the expectation of being downtown Toronto at least 1-2 times a week.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in Business development / consulting sales, and
Partnering within the Microsoft ecosystem (ideally with a Microsoft partner or directly at Microsoft)
-Demonstrated experience selling Cloud solutions (Azure / public cloud), AI / data solutions, Business or digital transformation services
-Strong understanding of how to navigate and leverage the Microsoft partner ecosystem, including building relationships and identifying joint opportunities
-Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, including: C-level executives, Finance / procurement teams, Legal stakeholders, Line of business leaders
-Experience working with Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) clients (200–3000 employees)
-Track record of closing deals in the $500K–$1M range, with ownership of full sales lifecycle
