Regional Facility Director

We are seeking a Regional Facility Director to oversee facility operations across approximately 30 Citi locations throughout the Southeast region, totaling more than 3 million square feet. This role will be responsible for driving facility strategy, client relationship management, and service delivery, while leading a large, matrixed team across facilities management, engineering, workplace experience, and capital projects. The Regional Facility Director will serve as a key client-facing leader, partnering with Citi stakeholders daily, proactively addressing operational challenges, and creating a unified culture across the region. While Tampa is the preferred location due to the size and visibility of the campus, candidates located in Jacksonville, Charlotte, Atlanta, or Washington, DC may also be considered. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated facilities leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, can balance strategic planning with day-to-day operational demands, and is comfortable traveling throughout the Southeast region.

Regional facilities management experience overseeing the execution of both hard and soft services within large corporate and commercial facilities
Strong client-facing experience with the ability to build trusted relationships and manage executive-level stakeholders.
Proven ability to lead through a matrixed organization and align Facilities Management, Engineering, Workplace Experience, and Capital Project teams to common goals.
Working knowledge of critical building systems including HVAC, generators, ATS, cooling towers, and other critical assets as well as experience utilizing CMMS platforms and facility management systems.
Experience developing facility strategy while maintaining operational excellence across multiple locations.
Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout the Southeast region.

Banking or financial services industry experience - supporting complex, high-occupancy office environments.
