Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join a fast-paced, high-impact recruiting team in Palo Alto, CA. This individual will run a full recruiting desk, managing the end-to-end hiring process for mission-critical technical roles.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on—someone who can partner closely with hiring managers while also driving sourcing efforts, managing pipelines, and delivering top-tier candidates. This position requires a strong sense of ownership, the ability to operate autonomously, and comfort working in an ever-changing, high-volume recruiting environment.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; OR
Associate degree and 2+ years of experience; OR
3+ years of professional recruiting experience in lieu of a degree
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a broader team
High level of organization, urgency, and attention to detail

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

1+ years of technical recruiting experience
Experience recruiting for engineering roles (electrical, mechanical, aerospace, or similar)
Experience with high-volume recruiting environments
Background in in-house or agency recruiting
Full lifecycle recruiting experience from sourcing through offer close
Experience recruiting both technical talent and skilled labor
Comfort analyzing and reporting on recruiting metrics and pipeline data
Demonstrated success using creative sourcing strategies (cold outreach, events, targeted campaigns, etc.)
Experience interfacing with senior-level stakeholders (Director/VP level)
Strong ability to assess candidate quality and differentiate top-tier talent
