Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Technical Writer to join a centralized technical documentation team supporting a portfolio of security products. This role focuses on creating clear, user-friendly documentation that helps customers and internal teams understand and implement complex security solutions.
This team is heavily leveraging AI tools to accelerate content creation, improve quality, and scale documentation efforts, so there’s a strong emphasis on working within AI-assisted workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
-Create and maintain documentation for security products (user guides, APIs, config docs, runbooks)
-Partner with engineering and product teams to turn complex security concepts into clear content
-Support documentation for new features, releases, and updates across the portfolio
-Use AI-enabled tools to draft, refine, and scale documentation efficiently
-Ensure consistency in tone, structure, and usability across content
-Identify gaps and improve existing documentation

Required Skills & Experience
-7+ years of experience as a technical writer
-Experience using Dita, Markup, or similar tools
-Knowledge and/or a passion for AI-assisted workflows within this space
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Bachelor's degree
-Technical writing experience for security products
