Job Description
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for ITSM-related initiatives.
• Collaborate with ITSM team, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Utilize Jira for sprint planning, backlog management, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate workflows and documentation using Confluence.
• Oversee ITSM processes and ensure alignment with best practices (ITIL preferred).
• Drive agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) and apply Scrum principles.
• Integrate and manage tasks within ServiceNow for IT service operations.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present project status reports to leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of project management experience in IT or technology environments.
• Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks (ITIL preferred).
• Hands-on experience with:
o Jira
o ServiceNow (ITSM workflows)
o Confluence (documentation and collaboration)
• Proven experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
