Insight Global is seeking a Medicaid/Medicare & Financial Assistance Office Supervisor to join one of the top healthcare organizations in NYC. They will oversee daily operations within a high‑volume financial assistance office. This role will supervise a team of approximately 7 Financial Assistance Associates and 1 Team Lead, ensure timely processing of referrals, manage work queues, and handle escalated patient accounts—particularly complex and high‑balance inpatient cases. The Supervisor will work closely with an experienced Team Lead while developing hands‑on expertise across Medicaid, Medicare, and financial assistance workflows. This position plays a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and exceptional patient financial services support.
