Job Description
Seeking a Software Engineer to support the development of avionics and defense software systems for advanced aircraft programs. This role will work across the full software development lifecycle, including architecture, design, coding, integration, testing, and troubleshooting in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, document, and maintain software architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces, and designs
• Write, integrate, and maintain code for fully functional software systems
• Support software testing efforts, including test planning, execution, and documentation of results
• Contribute to software research and development initiatives
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues
Document processes, tools, and metrics to support project tracking and continuous improvement

Required Skills & Experience
• Active Secret security clearance
• 2+ years of professional software development experience
• Proficiency in C, C++, Ada, or similar object-oriented programming languages
• Experience developing and maintaining software architectures, designs, and interfaces
• Experience supporting testing, debugging, and system validation efforts
• Strong documentation and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
Ability to work effectively in a team environment under general direction
