Job Description

This role is responsible for managing complex executive calendars across VP and Senior Director-level leaders, ensuring alignment with business priorities while coordinating cross-functional schedules and resolving conflicts. The position drives meeting readiness by organizing agendas, materials, and participants, while tracking key decisions and follow-ups to support execution and accountability across Product, Marketing, Technology, and Sales teams. It also oversees end-to-end travel logistics and expense management for senior leadership, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Additionally, the role provides operational support by maintaining organization across priorities, preparing presentations and communications, streamlining workflows, and identifying opportunities to improve coordination, efficiency, and overall team effectiveness. This is a 6-month ongoing contract and pays $40-$45hr.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or administrative support in a corporate environment
• Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
• Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and maintain composure under pressure
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools
