Day-to-Day
Perform hands-on data analysis and modeling in Snowflake.
Partner with business, product, and data engineering teams.
Design data solutions with downstream reporting and dashboard consumption in mind.
Identify data gaps and recommend architecture improvements.
Support commercial data products, reporting, and analytics initiatives.
Improve documentation, workflows, and knowledge-sharing processes.
First 30 Days
Learn the end-to-end data ecosystem.
Review current workflows and documentation.
Support knowledge transfer activities.
Understand current reporting and analytics consumption models.
By 60 Days
Fully integrated into team workflows.
Utilize Jira and Confluence daily.
Independently drive analytics enhancements, reporting improvements, and workflow efficiencies.
$70-80/hr

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years working as a Business Analyst within Lifesciences
Strong Snowflake experience – hands-on with databases, data models, and data products (non-negotiable).
Data Analyst mindset – this is more analytical than a traditional BA role.
Experience translating business requirements into data-driven insights and reporting.
Ability to understand, assess, and recommend improvements to data architecture.
Prior Cell & Gene Therapy or Drug Therapy experience with exposure to patient journey models.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
ability to go onsite weekly
