Job Description
Seeking a Qlik Developer to design and deliver modern, AI-enabled analytics solutions. This role focuses on transforming complex data into actionable insights through interactive dashboards, predictive analytics, and next-generation BI tools. You’ll partner with data engineering and business teams to enhance data quality, enable self-service reporting, and evolve analytics from descriptive to predictive insights.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain Qlik Sense/QlikView dashboards and reports
• Translate business requirements into KPIs and intuitive visualizations
• Enhance dashboards with AI-driven insights (forecasting, anomaly detection, root cause analysis)
• Support self-service and conversational BI capabilities
• Build and maintain data models and semantic layers for scalable analytics
• Ensure data quality, governance, and reliability across reporting solutions
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver analytics solutions
• Provide ongoing support and improvements for existing BI tools

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
• Strong experience with Qlik Sense and/or QlikView
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes
• Experience with data quality and governance practices
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS)
• Exposure to AI/ML or augmented analytics tools
• Familiarity with semantic layers / metrics layers
• Experience with scripting (Python, PowerShell, etc.)
Background in data integration or enterprise data environments
