Job Description

We are seeking an Sales Representative to support business growth within a family‑owned commercial cleaning organization focused on long‑term relationships and sustainable expansion. This role is responsible for owning the full sales lifecycle within a large territory (Edmonton), combining new business development with ongoing relationship management. Day‑to‑day, the Sales Representative will prospect and open new commercial opportunities by knocking on doors, networking, leveraging referrals, and following up on qualified leads from the Business Development team. They will conduct site visits, assess square footage and operational needs, build strong relationships with property managers and decision‑makers, and lead detailed discovery conversations to understand service challenges. The role includes developing and presenting proposals, managing follow‑ups, and closing contracts. Success in this position comes from professionalism, organization, and the ability to turn outbound efforts into inbound business by becoming a trusted, long‑term partner rather than a transactional salesperson. This is a full time role based out of Edmonton Alberta.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, or a similar role
• Strong motivation, self‑discipline, and ability to manage an independent schedule
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and consistent with follow‑up and pipeline management
• Comfortable conducting site visits and in‑person meetings
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
Stable work history demonstrating commitment to long‑term relationship building
