Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Workday Analyst for a global transformation project with one of its leading clients. This individual will provide operational support across the Workday platform, assisting with system administration, troubleshooting, reporting, security, configuration support, testing, and issue resolution. The role will partner with HR and business stakeholders to manage platform requests, maintain data integrity, support Workday enhancements, perform user access administration, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. The team is seeking well-rounded Workday professionals with broad platform knowledge, with dedicated expertise needed in Workday Recruiting and Workday Prism. This role is based in India.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of hands-on Workday support experience.
Strong knowledge of Workday Core HCM.
Experience supporting Workday security, reporting, testing, and production support activities.
Experience troubleshooting platform issues and supporting end users.
Ability to work across multiple functional areas and priorities simultaneously.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Workday Recruit experience.
Workday Prism Analytics experience.
Experience supporting global enterprise Workday environments.
