Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to support a major transformation initiative with a utility client in Hartford, CT. This individual will coordinate project activities, manage action items, gather business requirements, support process improvement efforts, and help drive projects from planning through implementation.
The Project Manager will partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and leadership to facilitate meetings, track project progress, identify risks, support software implementations, and coordinate testing efforts. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities while ensuring projects stay on schedule and deliver successful results.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field
- 5-7 years of project management, business transformation, or process improvement experience
- Experience gathering business requirements and documenting workflows/processes.
- Experience coordinating project tasks, meetings, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including business and IT stakeholders.
- Knowledge of accounting, finance, customer billing, or business operations
- Proficiency with Monday.com, Jira, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, or similar tools
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Utility industry experience
- Experience developing SOPs, process maps, and workflow documentation
- PMP, CAPM, Agile, or related project management certification preferred
