Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a qualified candidate for a Technical Support Specialist role or GCCS Operator role based at the Navy Warfare Development Center in Norfolk, Virginia and Oceana Base. This position supports Navy training operations and exercises across various regions. In this role they will operate and maintain navy command and control systems and develop any solution if the system is not working. Support training events by providing technical expertise in system operations. Coordinate with other organizations to ensure system connectivity. Assist in testing and integrating new technologies. Troubleshoot system-level issues and provide solutions. Communicate effectively with military, government, and contractor personnel.
Target pay range is 30/hr to 41/hr based on skillset

Required Skills & Experience
-2 years relevant experience with Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or similar OR
-0 years relevant experience with Masters in related field OR
-High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience.
-Strong background in Common Tactical Picture Management (CTPM), GCCS-M/J.
-COMPTIA Security+ certification.

-Bachelor's degree in related field
