Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire a Regional Insurance Sales Executive to cover the North Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas regions. This individual will be responsible for growing production across an assigned territory by developing relationships with worksite brokers, agents, enrollment firms, and benefit distributors. They will recruit new distribution partners, expand existing producer relationships, support sales and enrollment strategies, and serve as a liaison between producers and the home office. This person will also provide product training, assist with sales presentations, coordinate service requests, and leverage CRM tools to track activity and drive territory growth. This is a remote opportunity with 30%-50% travel throughout the territory. Compensation includes a $70,000 base salary with $150,000 OTE, with top performers earning between $200,000-$500,000 annually.

Required Skills & Experience
