Job Description
Seeking a Dayforce Technical Application Owner to serve as the primary owner and SME for Dayforce across Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Workforce Management. This individual will lead system configuration, integrations, optimization efforts, and technical roadmap planning while ensuring Dayforce effectively supports business and operational needs. The ideal candidate combines strong Dayforce expertise with experience supporting payroll processes, system integrations, and HR technology initiatives within complex enterprise environments.

Required Skills & Experience
-Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
-7+ years of HRIS, HCM, Payroll, Workforce Management, or HR Technology experience.
-3+ years of hands-on Dayforce administration or application ownership experience.
-Experience supporting Dayforce Payroll, Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Workforce Management modules.
-Experience with Dayforce integrations, APIs, Integration Hub, or related integration tools.
-Experience working in or supporting Workday environments.
-Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, timekeeping, and workforce management.
-Experience leading system enhancements, upgrades, configurations, and optimization initiatives.
-Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Dayforce implementation or migration experience.
-Dayforce certifications.
-Experience integrating Dayforce and Workday.
-Experience with SQL, reporting, or data reconciliation.
-Experience supporting large multi-state, unionized, or hourly workforces.
-Global HRIS or payroll experience.
-Experience with middleware tools such as Workato, Boomi, or MuleSoft.
-Entertainment, hospitality, venue management, or large workforce environments.
-Experience leading enterprise process transformation initiatives.
