Required Skills & Experience
Responsibilities include:
• Processing RMAs and analyzing driving factors for returns
• Partnering with service centers
• Resolving discrepancies via Jira cases with service centers
• Validating returns
• Filing disputes for all retail customers through their portals and processes.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experienced in processing RMAs
- Background in analyzing driving factors for returns
- Experience with Process Automation
- Use of AI assistance (Claude, Internal AI tooling)
- Experience using ERP systems, ideally Oracle
- Experience with consumer electronics
