Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Online Merchandising Analyst to support a large retail organization's eCommerce business. This individual will play a key role in managing online merchandising initiatives, supporting product onboarding activities, maintaining pricing and promotional accuracy, and helping drive the execution of online business strategies across a high-volume product portfolio.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with large datasets, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where communication, responsiveness, and collaboration are critical to success.
Responsibilities
• Support the execution of online merchandising strategies across assigned product categories.
• Collaborate with merchandising, supplier, and business teams to onboard new products to the eCommerce platform.
• Review product data and ensure products meet required margin, pricing, and content standards before publication.
• Execute promotional updates, retail pricing changes, and other business-critical merchandising activities.
• Analyze large product datasets ranging from dozens to thousands of SKUs.
• Maintain data accuracy while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Partner with senior analysts and cross-functional stakeholders to support seasonal promotional initiatives and category growth objectives.
• Communicate proactively on project status, timelines, and deliverables.
• Navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions while balancing competing priorities.

Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of experience in merchandising, eCommerce, retail operations, business analysis, or a related field.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including:
o Pivot Tables
o VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
o IF Statements
o Data filtering and manipulation
o Intermediate-level formulas and analysis
• Experience working with large datasets and interpreting business information.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with a high sense of urgency.
• Highly responsive and accountable with strong follow-through.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with limited direction.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience in eCommerce, retail merchandising, category management, or digital commerce.
• Exposure to product onboarding, pricing management, promotions, or assortment planning.
• Experience supporting large-scale product catalogs and SKU management.
