About the Role:
Samsara is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to play a critical role in scaling systems, and processes for the organization. This role will partner with senior leaders across Samsara’s go-to-market teams to support our Enterprise Account Executives. This leader will have an outsized impact on the future of our sales organization by helping us Build for The Long Term as we grow past $1BN in revenue. The ideal candidate has exceptional customer service skills, proficient in maintaining customer records and compiling and analyzing performance reports which will drive efficiency for the Enterprise team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with Enterprise AEs to improve sales efficiency and field time
• Optimize intake/prioritization processes to reduce pipeline friction
• Identify rep pain points and implement solutions
• Drive cross-functional initiatives that increase revenue & profitability
• Support strategic, long-term sales org initiatives

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have Qualifications:
• 6–8 years in Sales Ops or similar operations role
• Strong experience with Salesforce (required)
• Background in Lead-to-Cash processes
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects & drive change
• Strong communication skills (comfortable with AVP+ stakeholders)
• Experience implementing workflows/process improvements
• Salesforce CPQ
• Salesforce Admin experience
• Exposure to Product Management or Six Sigma
