Support Engineer -
-Understanding of teamcenter , all modules and need to understand when a ticket comes up what is failing and what to be done
-Needs to know engineering processes
Ex: I need this for my design or change or approval, need to understand what user is asking
-Understanding of NX
-Structure of part and bill of material , parts and assemblies
Ex: what user is saying when they say structure
-Previous support experience in PLM processes 3-5 years
-Any ticketing system
-C++ or Java is preferred but not needed

-Good communication
-Collaborative
-Analytical

Interacted with the users and interacted with client

-Industry experience with automotive or aviation
