Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Grants Administrator to support a leading academic medical institution within the Infectious Diseases division. This individual will play a critical role in managing the full lifecycle of clinical and research grants, ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and seamless collaboration across faculty, sponsors, and university partners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in navigating complex sponsored research environments while leading and supporting administrative staff. Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in research and sponsored programs administration
• 1+ year of supervisory or managerial experience
• Prior grants management experience - experience with pre- and post-award grant administration
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Adobe Acrobat
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience supporting NIH, HRSA, Ryan White, and State of New Jersey grants
• Knowledge of 340B program regulations
• Experience with HIV treatment and prevention programs
