Job Description

As the AI Buyer Persona Architect, you will own the design, governance, and evolution of AI-driven buyer personas and sales simulations that replicate real-world enterprise buying behavior. You will leverage customer conversations, competitive intelligence, win/loss insights, and field feedback to create highly realistic learning experiences that improve seller confidence, execution, and performance in complex enterprise deals.
This is both a builder and systems-design role: you will create the foundational assets, operating model, and methodology for scalable AI-driven sales readiness.


Pay rate between 45-50/hr depending on experience.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years in enterprise software sales, sales engineering, enablement, product marketing, or a related customer-facing role
• Experience in EUC, SaaS, or adjacent enterprise infrastructure technologies
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, buying committees, and complex deal structures
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger, Value Selling, or similar methodologies
• Experience working with or designing prompt-driven workflows, AI tools, or simulation-based learning systems
