Insight Global is seeking a Maintenance Technician / Facilities Maintenance Associate to support daily facility operations in a manufacturing environment. This individual will play a key role in maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient workplace while assisting with preventive maintenance, equipment upkeep, and general building support. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience working around industrial equipment, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving facility-related issues.

Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications
Required:
High school diploma or GED.
1–2 years of maintenance, facilities, manufacturing, or industrial experience.
Experience working with or around industrial equipment such as forklifts, welding machines, CNC machines, or similar systems.
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools safely.
Ability to perform minor repairs and assist with equipment maintenance tasks.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively on a team.
Reliable attendance and a positive, safety-focused attitude.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the facility for extended periods.
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment as needed.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Responsibilities
Support day-to-day building operations to ensure a safe, clean, and functional facility.
Perform basic preventive maintenance on facility equipment and systems.
Assist with routine maintenance and minor repairs on industrial equipment, including forklifts, welding machines, CNC equipment, and related systems.
Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and escalate complex repairs to maintenance technicians.
Conduct facility and equipment inspections to identify wear, safety concerns, and maintenance needs.
Complete general building and grounds maintenance tasks, including custodial and janitorial responsibilities.
Collaborate with maintenance teams, engineers, and production personnel to support equipment readiness and operational efficiency.
Maintain organized work areas and follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
Accurately document maintenance activities and communicate updates to supervisors.
