Job Description

Our Banking client is seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer to support critical applications within their Business Escrow Services organization. This individual will serve as a hands-on quality engineering resource responsible for both manual testing strategy and modern test automation development. This is not a role for someone who simply executes assigned test cases. We are seeking an engineer who has owned testing efforts end-to-end, built automation frameworks, authored testing artifacts, participated in release planning, and partnered directly with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to drive quality across the SDLC. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Playwright automation, Azure DevOps test management, API testing, SQL validation, and Agile QA processes, while demonstrating the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced banking environment.

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to HR@insightglobal.com.To learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/.

• Experience automating both UI and API testing.
• Extensive experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans, including: Test Suites, Shared Steps, Parameterized Testing, Test Runs & Reporting, Defect Management
• Experience creating QA deliverables including: Test Plans, Test Cases, Traceability Matrices, Release Reports and UAT Documentation.
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to independently write joins, filters, aggregations, and validation queries.
• Experience testing APIs and backend integrations.
• Experience participating directly in release planning and production deployment validation.

• Banking or Financial Services experience.
