Over time, this individual will become the primary QA subject matter expert for the partnership, driving quality initiatives and ensuring seamless end-to-end customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

Break down Jira stories and business requirements into detailed end-to-end test scenarios and test cases.
Validate complete user journeys, from credit card application through approval, fulfillment, and downstream system processing.
Coordinate testing efforts across multiple teams, applications, and third-party vendors.
Create testing timelines, execution plans, and daily status reporting to ensure stakeholder visibility.
Perform deep-dive testing across frontend, backend, APIs, integrations, and supporting systems.
Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies early in the development lifecycle and recommend mitigation strategies.
Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure successful release planning and execution.
Act as the QA lead and long-term subject matter expert for the credit card partnership program.

Why This Role Is Unique:
This is a highly visible opportunity to build and own the QA strategy for a strategic partnership initiative. The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on testing expertise with leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills, and enjoys bringing structure and quality standards to complex, cross-functional programs.
