Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Agentic AI Developer to join one of our largest entertainment clients onsite in NYC. This individual will play a critical role in the development and deployment of two AI-powered Help Desk agents scheduled to go live in the coming months. Working alongside two junior developers, this person will lead end-to-end development effort, building the agents from the ground up and driving the successful execution of key AI initiatives on the company's roadmap. This is a highly hands on position, with 100% of the individual's time focused on agentic AI development. The ideal candidate will have strong Python development expertise, experience using AI coding assistants (cursor), and a proven background working with AWS services, Google Cloud Platform's Agent Development Kit (ADK), and LangChain. The successful candidate will serve as a technical leader on the project, helping deliver innovative AI solutions that advance the organization's strategic AI goals.

Required Skills & Experience
7-10 years of software engineering experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field
Agentic AI Development experience
Python development, AI Coding Assistant (cursor), AWS Services, GCP ADK (Google Cloud Platform Agent Development Kit)
