Job Description

One of Insight Global’s higher education clients is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Engineer to join their team in Millcreek, UT! They will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow applications and integrations to drive business efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, they will help mentor and guide junior engineers through the engineering lifecycle as needed. This engineer will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve our customers' technical issues. You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams. Your ability to work in complex networking environment will also make you an ideal candidate.

Required Skills & Experience

Responsibilities

Design and develop ServiceNow applications, including custom modules and workflows.
Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
Troubleshoot ServiceNow issues for internal staff
Mentor junior developers
Stay current with ServiceNow updates, best practices, and industry trends
Reproduce customer environment and run tests
Manage and address electronic tickets efficiently
Liaise between sales team, customer success team, and customers to properly address customer problems
Troubleshoot and configure software and hardware

Qualifications
5+ years of experience with ServiceNow development and administration
Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work onsite in Millcreek, UT 5 Days a week
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant field
Customer service oriented
Strong written and verbal and troubleshooting skills
