Job Description

Role Summary
This role is responsible for leading and scaling our clients influencer marketing program, combining hands-on campaign execution with strategic oversight. The Influencer Marketing Lead will manage agency and creator partnerships, drive high-impact campaigns, and continuously refine the program using performance insights and cultural trends to increase brand relevance, trust, and customer engagement.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Own and execute our clients influencer/creator marketing program across organic and paid channels
• Serve as the primary point of contact for influencer marketing agency partners
• Develop detailed campaign briefs in collaboration with the Director of Content Marketing and internal stakeholders
• Manage campaigns end-to-end (briefing → creator selection → content development → launch → wrap-up)
• Review and provide feedback on creator concepts and deliverables to ensure alignment with brand and campaign goals
• Oversee campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables, and cross-functional calendars with Program Management
• Partner with agencies to source and secure creators aligned with brand messaging and audience targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, agencies, and internal stakeholders
• Handle campaign logistics, including contracts, deliverables, usage rights, and licensing agreements
• Ensure all influencer content adheres to brand, legal, and disclosure requirements
• Manage distribution and amplification of creator content across clients brand-owned and paid channels
• Monitor campaign performance and collaborate with Analytics, Paid Media, and Organic Social teams
• Share reporting, campaign recaps, and recommendations to improve future performance
• Stay on top of cultural trends, platform updates, and creator ecosystem changes to inform strategy

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator marketing, or social media marketing
• Proven experience managing influencer programs end-to-end, including strategy, execution, and reporting
• Experience working with agency partners and managing external vendors
• Strong understanding of the creator economy, social platforms, and emerging trends
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Strong cross-functional collaboration experience with marketing, analytics, and creative teams
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong project management and organizational abilities
• Experience driving measurable business results through influencer campaigns

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience scaling influencer programs and building long-term creator strategies
• Familiarity with creator licensing, usage rights, and paid media amplification strategies
• Experience developing content pillars and audience segmentation strategies
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to connect campaign performance to business KPIs
• Experience aligning influencer marketing with broader brand and content strategies
