About the Role: HNB is seeking a Privileged Access Management (PAM) Analyst to support the day-to-day operation of our enterprise PAM program. In this role, you’ll help protect our most sensitive systems by ensuring privileged access is provisioned, monitored, reviewed, and revoked in alignment with security policy and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves:
o 2-3 years of experience as a technical PAM Analyst or related field
o Hands on PAM experience – enterprise PAM platforms (CyberArk, Delinea, or similar)
o Prefer them to have Delinea Secret Server experience, if they do not, then CyberArk
o Lifecycle Management – onboarding accounts, provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, with a strong understanding of least privilege and time-bound access, reset of accounts
o Security & Compliance Knowledge
o Credential and Password Management
o Operational Troubleshooting & Monitoring

Responsibilities:
o Execute daily PAM operational activities including onboarding, provisioning, and deprovisioning.
o Support privileged access requests ensuring least privilege and time-bound access.
o Administer password vaulting, credential rotation, and access expiration.
o Monitor PAM alerts and resolve access issues.
o Support privileged access reviews, audits, and evidence collection.
o Partner with infrastructure and application teams to onboard systems.
o Maintain documentation and procedures.
