Job Description
Insight Global is searching for a Program Manager to stand up and operationalize an enterprise AI Center of Excellence (CoE). This role will sit at the center of a high-visibility transformation, driving delivery across five core workstreams including use case governance, AI adoption, data/tooling, and CoE operations.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role responsible for:
- Driving execution across parallel workstreams with clear ownership and cadence
- Managing the AI use case pipeline from intake through prioritization and activation
- Establishing and running governance structures (weekly, monthly, exec reporting)
- Coordinating across business units, IT, leadership, and external partners
- Supporting enterprise adoption, training, and change management initiatives

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience leading complex, multi-workstream transformation programs
- Track record of standing up PMOs, Centers of Excellence, or new enterprise functions
- Strong program management fundamentals (integrated plans, RAID logs, governance cadence, executive reporting)
Experience driving executive-level decision making across senior stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with enterprise AI or digital transformation programs
- Background in AI adoption, change management, or enablement initiatives
- Experience managing multiple consulting or technology vendors simultaneously
- Familiarity with use case prioritization / portfolio management frameworks
Experience with tools like Jira, Smartsheet, or similar PM platforms
